Volunteer

We are so glad that you want to help us bring campers into an encounter with Christ at Delano! The first thing that you should know is staffing one of our camps is hard work.  Whether you are the director or a dishwasher, there is a ton of work to do!  Staff members are not only expected to participate through the week, but also to encourage the participation of others, shepherd, and guide campers into an encounter with Jesus.

All staff must abide by Delano Bay Christian Camp's Statement of Christian Conduct while at camp and while representing DBCC.
